Not furnish is a Washer and Dryer, we do rent them if needed ($30 a month for each, $60 a month for the set). For heat a mobile home furnace is installed and window AC units are required for cooling, we do not supply window AC units.

Directions:

From US 23 in Pound if you are coming from the direction of Wise, turn RIGHT onto South Mountain Road near where the old caboose used to sit and Maggard Sales and Service is located. Travel down South Mountain Road in the direction of downtown Pound. Just before you reach the main street of Pound turn RIGHT across a small bridge onto Boggs Hollow Road. Cross the small bridge and the road curves to the right. There is a house directly ahead, on your left on the corner lot which is red in color. This mobile home sits behind this house and is gray in color.
